The JMS Server is an implementation of Sun's Java Messaging Service (JMS) Version 1.0.2 API. This implementation is built on the Open3 XSTP Server, permitting a flexible infrastructure for XML-based messaging.

The Java Messaging Service (JMS) Version 1.0.2 is a message oriented middleware (MOM) application programming interface. JMS defines key interactions for middleware clients and allows various client applications to share information in a well-defined and industry-accepted way.

The current implementation of Open3 JMS is feature complete and supports 100% of the required features defined in the JMS specification!
